Cook (m/f/d) - available again from 2025

During your training as a chef, you will be able to show time and time again that cooking is both a craft and an art. In addition to preparing meals and menus, you will also familiarize yourself with the purchasing, stock and menu creation and always work closely with the service team. With us, you will learn to master both the demanding buffet business and to be creative in the à la carte business.

What we offer you

Your learning content and tasks

  • Training in all kitchen positions and in service
  • Specialist knowledge of nutritional rules, hygiene regulations and much more.
  • Store and prepare food properly
  • Advise and look after guests
  • Calculate prices for food, drinks and menus
  • Serve food creatively and expertly
  • Plan menu sequences
  • Creating dishes and menus
  • Selecting suppliers and procuring food (purchasing)

Your qualifications

  • Ideally, you have successfully completed school
  • You are ambitious and have no problem working on weekends and public holidays 
  • Your strengths include manual dexterity and creativity
  • You are a real team player and would like to be one at work too
